Kelly Sinning

“From Stress to Strength: Mental Health on the Fertility Journey”

Kelly Sinning is a licensed therapist and therapeutically trained coach and the founder of Fulfill & Flourish Counseling and Coaching. While her counseling career began with a diverse range of clients, she soon discovered her true calling—supporting women on their motherhood journey.

Kelly’s passion for this work is deeply personal. After experiencing recurrent miscarriages and ectopic pregnancies, she recognized a profound gap in emotional support for women trying to conceive (TTC) and adjusting to life after birth. Feeling the isolation firsthand, she became determined to provide compassionate, specialized care for women in these vulnerable and transformative stages.

Her dedication deepened after the birth of her second daughter, when she faced unexpected postpartum mood struggles despite having no prior risk factors and an easy first postpartum experience. Even with her mental health background, Kelly found it difficult to recognize her own needs and access the right resources—an experience that left her wondering how other new mothers were managing without similar training or awareness.

Today, Kelly blends her personal experiences with her clinical expertise to offer a unique combination of counseling and coaching for women navigating TTC, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. She is committed to helping women find balance, confidence, and emotional well-being, ensuring that no one has to walk this journey alone.
